A Safe Return To The Physical Workplace

The COVID19 health crisis and continued lockdown in many markets are posing unparalleled challenges to people and economies around the world. To limit the economic downturn and impact on people’s ability to earn a living, the labor market and all its stakeholders must quickly adjust to a new reality and a new world of work.

The India alliance of four HR services industry players was launched by The Adecco Group, Randstad, ManpowerGroup and Gi Group. The four organizations have pledged to apply their collective experience, fostering a connection between the various stakeholder groups and supporting the sharing of Health and Safety protocols and best practices to be established or updated for the ‘physical distancing economy’. Industry bodies, unions, employers, governments, healthcare authorities and others can help to shape these protocols.

Through this alliance, the HR services industry is issuing a call to action to all relevant stakeholders to contribute and play their part. We are happy to announce that we are now ready with our first India Safely Back To Work Guide to enable our colleagues from the IT/ITeS, Pharma, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Infrastructure and Manufacturing sectors to prepare for the new reality and get back to work safely!
